Lsh33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the lsh33 platform. By registering or using any service on lsh33.app, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and lsh33 ("Platform") regarding your use of lsh33.app and all services provided therein. By accessing, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the lsh33 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. lsh33 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice; users are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.
The lsh33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. lsh33 is not responsible for any consequences arising from use of the platform by those who do not meet this age requirement.
Account Creation, Login, and Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of lsh33 services, you are required to register a user account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may only hold one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. lsh33 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — remains your responsibility until you report any misuse to us.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the lsh33 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to block unauthorised access and assist in recovering your account in accordance with standard security procedures.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
All lsh33 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from lsh33.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Misusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner inconsistent with their original intent, including coordination across multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of applicable regulations in Malaysia.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or threatening content through the platform's communication channels.
- Launching any technical attacks such as denial-of-service attacks or attempting to disrupt the stability of the platform.
Lsh33 reserves the right to investigate any conduct suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, balance deduction, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the lsh33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits made are final and non-reversible once confirmed, except in cases clearly established as technical errors on the platform's part.
Account balance withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process, which may be required for transactions exceeding certain limits. lsh33 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your national ID or proof of payment method ownership before approving a withdrawal. Standard processing time for withdrawals is between one and three business days, depending on the method chosen.
Any attempt to process transactions using payment methods that are not yours, or by providing false payment information, may result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities. lsh33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information provided by users.
Liability Limits and Disclaimer of Warranties
Lsh33 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control that affect service availability. lsh33 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or entirely free of errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, lsh33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. lsh33's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Users agree that they access the platform at their own risk within the context of the entertainment activities provided, and that the outcome of any game or bet is final in accordance with the respective rules displayed on the platform.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Platform Rights
Lsh33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent conduct, unlawful activity, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases of termination due to user breach, the associated account balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting lsh33 support. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or ongoing investigations.
All content, designs, software, logos, and intellectual property contained within the lsh33 platform are the exclusive property of lsh33 or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from lsh33.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
The lsh33 platform may from time to time display links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. lsh33 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Lsh33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
